Parking at 200 Liberty is available 24-hours per day. Entrance to the garage is located on Albany Street and is clearly marked by the parking sign. Daily and monthly parking rates are posted at the garage office and cashier booths. These rates are subject to change from time to time.

SP+ operates the garage under a contract with the owner. The garage office number is (212) 786-9564 and handles all routine matters including the issuance of monthly passes and tickets. Issues regarding service and courtesy should be addressed with the parking manager.

The parking garage has electric vehicle charging availability.

Pedestrian traffic on the garage entrance ramp is prohibited for the safety of all concerned.
